  • Do you know what your team’s goals are? Does your team want to move up into a different position? Are they happy with the job they are doing right now? Do they want to be full-time or part time?
  • Does your team feel safe or secure in their position?

Now based on your answers, think about what you are showing your team, and your patients. Do you have a team atmosphere? Do your employees feel heard and valued? Are you aware of what your team’s strengths and weaknesses are?
