Prior to introducing MoneyTree into our clinic we had a staff member strictly dedicated to billing and insurance claims. Upon her retirement, we brought MoneyTree onboard to take over most of her duties, but there are still some items that need to be completed here in our office. As the Patient Experience Coordinator (front desk) at our clinic, historically my position dealt very minimally with insurance. The most I ever really had to do was collect the insurance card and that was it. Needless to say, I have had a huge learning curve over the last several months and thanks to Sherrie at MoneyTree, the learning process has been a breeze!  She has been tremendously helpful and responsive with all of my questions and inquires, from general questions on proper ways to input insurance information to understanding the billing and claims process to gaining an understanding of the various insurance companies/contracts our patients have. Her assistance and guidance has been essential to ensure proper billing and submission of claims to insurance companies the first time, which reduces the amount of time we wait for payment. BONUS! It is so comforting to know that we have someone as knowledgeable and fantastic as Sherrie in our corner!
